BingX, one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges with over 40 million users, has launched its first Visa Debit Card – issued by Wirex and built on Wirex’s full-stack Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. The card is live across 200+ countries and territories, runs entirely on Wirex’s stablecoin infrastructure, and gives BingX users the ability to spend, withdraw, and earn rewards on their digital assets anywhere Visa is accepted.
Wirex BaaS is a full-stack Banking-as-a-Service platform that enables crypto-native companies to launch compliant, globally accepted card and payment products through a single API – covering card issuance, stablecoin-based accounts, payment rails, and yield. As one of the few crypto-native platforms to hold principal membership with both Visa and Mastercard, Wirex provides the network access and compliance infrastructure that would otherwise take years to build independently.
How the Bing X and Wirex Partnership Works
BingX is leveraging Wirex’s BaaS infrastructure and Visa principal membership to bring its first payment card to market. Rather than building card issuance and compliance infrastructure from scratch, BingX has used Wirex’s single-API platform to go from concept to a live, globally accepted card product, at the scale of one of the world’s most active crypto exchanges.
With 40 million users, a top-five position in global crypto derivatives, and partnerships with Chelsea FC and Scuderia Ferrari, BingX is one of the most recognised names in the industry. This launch marks the beginning of a long-term partnership, with both companies committed to expanding access to stablecoin-powered financial products for their combined user base.

What the Partnership Means
Wirex’s Co-Founder and Group CEO, Pavel Matveev, said: “We’re proud to work with BingX, one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges, to enable mass adoption and the further utility of crypto. Wirex BaaS has become the fastest growing stablecoin infrastructure provider, enabling platforms like BingX to offer seamless financial services on stablecoin rails, built on over a decade of trust and innovation. As one of the few crypto-native platforms with Visa principal membership, we’re uniquely placed to power that.”
“At BingX, we believe the future of digital assets lies not only in trading and investing, but also in everyday spending,” said Lucas L., Head of Fiat Business at BingX. “Through the new BingX Visa Debit Card, we are empowering users to move seamlessly between managing digital assets and using them in their daily lives. This launch represents another step toward building a more accessible, practical, and connected financial experience for our global community.”
