FuseSign has launched a new integration with Karbon, giving accounting firms a simpler way to manage e-signing as part of their existing workflow.

The integration allows Karbon firms to sync contacts directly into FuseSign, reducing manual handling and making it easier to move from document preparation to signature.

The launch reflects a broader shift in the accounting software market, where firms are increasingly building connected, best-of-breed tech stacks rather than relying on a single platform to manage every part of the workflow.

That trend is also evident across FuseSign’s customer base. More than 2,000 firms across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK use FuseSign, with 82% integrating it with at least one other application and 54% connecting it with two or more.

Karbon is widely used by accounting firms to manage work, clients, and communication in one place. By integrating with FuseSign, firms can extend that workflow into digital signing without duplicating client data across systems.

With contact data synced directly from Karbon into FuseSign, firms can keep client information up to date, reduce rekeying, and create a faster path from document send to completed signature.

For many firms, document signing still sits outside the core workflow, often creating extra admin and more room for error. Integrations like this are designed to reduce that friction by connecting the systems firms already rely on.

Melissa Voss, Co-Founder of FuseSign, said the integration is designed to support the way modern firms already operate.

“We’re excited to announce our new integration with Karbon, making it even easier for our clients across the globe to connect their contact data and streamline the way they get documents signed. By connecting Karbon with FuseSign, firms can remove friction from their processes without changing how their teams already work. It’s all about saving time, increasing efficiency, and delivering a seamless client experience at scale. We’re looking forward to seeing how firms around the world leverage this to move faster and work smarter.”

The FuseSign and Karbon integration is available now.
