ASX-listed Stakk Limited have released its quarterly activities report for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, concluding a transformational financial year in which the company continued to secure multiple new high quality clients and execute against the strategic and financial objectives previously communicated to shareholders.
During the quarter, the company generated A$6.985 million in customer cash receipts, an increase of 30.2% over the March quarter, while reporting positive net operating cash flow from operating activities of A$249,000 and increasing its closing cash balance to A$17.51 million.
The June quarter also concluded with unaudited FY2026 revenue of A$14.68 million, exceeding the company’s previously announced guidance on 30 June of approximately A$13.55 million, continuing a consistent pattern of disciplined execution and positive delivery against commitments made to the market.
Commercial Execution Continues to Translate into Financial Performance
Throughout FY2026, the company announced a series of significant enterprise customer wins, implementation milestones and upgrades to its financial outlook. The financial results reported today demonstrate the continued conversion of those commercial achievements into recurring revenue and customer cash receipts.
Arthur Lo, Director of Stakk Limited, said, “FY2026 has been a defining year for Stakk. Over the past twelve months, we have consistently demonstrated our ability to execute against the commitments we have made to shareholders, converting commercial momentum into recurring revenue, customer cash receipts and an increasingly stronger financial position.
“As a Board, we remain firmly committed to creating long-term shareholder value through disciplined execution of the fundamentals. Our priority will continue to be building a larger, more profitable and more resilient business by growing our existing customer base, deepening customer relationships and maintaining prudent financial management.
“At the same time, we recognise that exceptional shareholder value is often created by combining strong organic execution with well-considered strategic acquisitions.
“The proposed acquisition of ParaScript reflects that philosophy. Beyond bringing a highly profitable business with exceptional technology, longstanding enterprise customer relationships and significant recurring revenue, we believe the combination creates substantial intrinsic value through the opportunity to introduce each company’s complementary solutions across the other’s customer base. We see this as one of the most compelling aspects of the transaction and one that has the potential to generate meaningful long-term value well beyond the financial contribution of the acquisition itself.
“Looking ahead, we believe Stakk enters FY2027 from a position of considerable strength. With an expanding recurring revenue base, a clear path to profitability, and – subject to completion – the addition of ParaScript’s highly complementary platform, we believe the company is exceptionally well positioned to deliver sustained growth and increasing value for shareholders. Our focus remains unchanged: execute with discipline, allocate capital responsibly, and continue building a business whose performance consistently validates the confidence our shareholders have placed in us,” Lo ended.
